Ashton Valley Crush Juice is produced in the picturesque Adelaide Hills in a new plant nestled amongst our apple and pear trees. The surrounding orchards provide the wholesome fresh fruit which is diced and pressed to extract the wholesome goodness of the juice.

After light pasteurization, the juice is bottled into glass. This maintains the product freshness for months and it needs no refrigeration until the bottle is opened.

For those who prefer a clear juice, we use a state-of-the-art ultra-filter to produce juice of remarkable clarity.

Full-bodied or clear, the taste is the same - full of natural, orchard-fresh fruit goodness.

R.Ceravolo & Co Pty Ltd is a certified quality company that grows, stores, packs and markets many varieties of apples, nectarines, pears and cherries. The original orchard and packing shed is in Ashton, but the company owns and operates a number of orchards at other locations in the Adelaide Hills and surrounds.

The company uses biological sustainable agriculture, and is always looking for improved biological controlled technology to compliment the environment. In this regard, the company is developing a waste water treatment plant so that all water used in fruit preparation, packaging and processing will be naturally refined to a high quality, allowing recycling on the Ashton orchards.

The company has completed a major expansion of its packing shed and cool stores. New offices have been built and a new fully computerised dual side-tipping weight sizer, colour grader and carton sealer have been installed. The company has continued to expand its storage facilities and has also installed two major pieces of repacking equipment:

  • a dual apple pre-packer
  • a flow wrapper

These allow the company to prepare pre-packs for most fruit lines.

R. Ceravolo & Co completed an apple juicing plant in early 2008. This completed the cycle from fruit growing to distribution of both fruit and added value in juice products. There are 10, 100% juice varieties plus 5 varieties of 100% juice non-alcoholic "sparkling" range.
